Jon Jennings

Jon Jennings is the founder and managing partner of Jennings executive search.

He began his career working at a boutique recruiting firm where he was tasked with building relationships with c-level accounting & finance professionals. His research-based approach allowed him to excel and grow his client base. In 2012, Jon took this approach to a larger firm where he worked with several CFOs to build entire accounting departments & gain a large firm perspective as to how to build a successful, cohesive practice. This experience led to the creation of Jennings executive search in April 2014.  Jon set out to provide a level of service, creativity, and diligence that traditionally can only be found within select retained firms, all while utilizing a contingent pricing model.

Jon graduated with a bachelor in accountancy and minor in finance from the University of Mississippi.
